I will be watching the Folds of Honor Quik Trip 500 in Atlanta, Georgia from my patio in Texas, but that doesn’t mean I won’t be enjoying the race in Georgia style. The Georgia peach is legend. It’s not the right time of year for fresh peaches around here so I’ll settle for some peach schnapps, purée, or other peach flavored delectable to make up some cocktails to enjoy during my viewing. I’ve compiled some good resources to help you make some peachy drinks, too.
