This oversized meal, which will be served on a stick, is anything by “little” as it features:

  • A mouth-watering nine ounces of delicious smoked paprika spice rubbed pork tenderloin cut into three, three-ounce pieces
  • Four Ounces of Texas’ own Miller’s Llano Smokehouse chorizo
  • Mini sweet peppers
  • Smoked bacon wrap

The smoked bacon wrap is in honor of three-time NASCAR Sprint Cup Series champion Tony Stewart whose nickname is “Smoke”.

The addition to the food item is part of the “Tony Stewart’s Last Ride at Texas Motor Speedway” weekend, where the speedway and Stewart fans will salute him as he makes his final NASCAR Sprint Cup start at Texas Motor Speedway.

Stewart has a successful history at Texas Motor Speedway dating to the venue’s opening in 1997. While known for his success in NASCAR, Stewart was the speedway’s inaugural Verizon IndyCar Series polesitter for the True Value 500k in 1997. He also is the only driver to win a pole in both the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series and Verizon IndyCar Series at Texas Motor Speedway. Stewart also holds the speedway’s Sprint Cup Series pole record with a lap speed of 200.111 miles per hour coming in qualifying for the 2014 AAA Texas 500.

The Hawg Heaven Three Little Pigs ($12) makes its debut at next weekend’s NASCAR tripleheader that features the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Longhorn 350 on Friday, Nov. 4, the NASCAR XFINITY Series O’Reilly Auto Parts Challenge on Saturday, Nov. 5 and the Chase for the Sprint Cup’s AAA Texas 500 on Sunday, November 6. The specialty concession item only will be available at the concession stand on the concourse inside the Gate 4 main grandstand entrance.

“These Hawg Heaven line of concession items are something our fans look forward to every race weekend and this one is sure to be a hit,” Engstrom said. “This is an oversized meal on a stick so it is easy to eat along with being delicious. It’s the perfect way to honor one of the great drivers in history and enjoy the weekend of racing.”

The Hawg Heaven concession line began in 2013 with Hawg Heaven Bacon Cotton Candy and has featured the Shake ‘n Bacon Brew bacon-infused beer milkshake, Bacon Nachos, Queso Wings, Double Barrel Dawg, the Final Rocky Road-eo ice cream sundae honoring Jeff Gordon’s final season in 2015, the BBQ Melt and the Ranchero Dawg at June’s race weekend.
