DALLAS – Two well-known Texas companies heavily involved in the motorsports business will be joining forces to make this year’s Stampede of Speed even more spectacular for racers and fans.  VP Racing Spirits will debut its Grand Tour Collection during the Stars of Texas Music Festival. VP Racing will also ensure its industry-leading racing fuels are available to competitors throughout the NHRA Divisional Race and the NHRA Texas Fall Nationals, taking place October 9-18.
 
NHRA fans attending the Stampede of Speed will have the opportunity to experience the brand’s first destination-inspired spirit, Twisted Sisters Texas Whiskey. Inspired by the legendary Twisted Sisters route through Texas Hill Country, Twisted Sisters is the inaugural stop in the Grand Tour Collection, crafted in partnership with San Antonio-based Alamo Distilling Co., the collection extends VP Racing’s legacy of performance, quality, and innovation into the premium spirits category. Fans will be able to sample and purchase Twisted Sisters Texas Whiskey at bars throughout Texas Motorplex during the music festival and racing events. Special promotions and tastings will take place during “VP Racing Spirits Final Qualifying” on Saturday, October 17. Fans unable to attend this year’s Stampede of Speed can experience the brand at future events, including GTR Festival in November and premier spring events such as the World Series of Pro Mod and TX2K. VP Racing will also be joining Texas Motorplex as a new partner for their well-known racing fuel products, which are also the Official Fuel of NHRA. Racers can purchase 5-gallon pails and 55-gallon drums of fuel at the track’s on-site fuel station and will be able to pre-order VP Racing fuel products and pick them up at events this season and next.
