Today NASCAR is in Las Vegas, Nevada. I really enjoy Vegas. I’ve actually been to the track there. I’ve ridden on it and thought the tour van just might topple over. I’ve stood on the finish line and walked through a luxury suite. I enjoyed my time at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, but today it’s just nice to be reminded of what my kids looked like just a few short years ago. We had a great trip that summer visiting Las Vegas and the California coast line. The race at Las Vegas reminds me of that trip. Good times! Like I said before, sometimes I place bets on the races. What better race to bet on than Las Vegas? My parents happen to be out there this week, so they bought me a ticket. I bet on Dale to win, of course. Odds are not in his favor. . .but I can’t bet on anyone else. I certainly couldn’t bet on the favorite according the odds. That would be Harvick, and I won’t bet on Harvick. Even my mom got in on the Harvick jabs by sending me a picture of his car from Vegas! I know Harvick is good on this track, but I’m certainly hoping for a good day for Dale and therefore my bet on Dale! Wish me luck!
