(Photo by Logan Riely\/Getty Images)<\/p><\/div>\n<p class=\"yiv6319790276elementToProof\">\u201cIt\u2019s a funny thing, because my wife asked me a couple weeks ago if I was not too old to do it,\u201d Hemric said of the back flip. \u201cI practiced once last week in the back yard and did a back flip on solid ground.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv6319790276elementToProof\">\u201cI thought, \u2018The old man\u2019s still got it,\u2019 and I proved that tonight.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv6319790276elementToProof\">Hemric needed help to win the second national series race of his career. (Photo by Logan Riely\/Getty Images)<\/p><\/div>\n<p class=\"yiv6319790276elementToProof\">Honeycutt inherited the lead, but on Lap 187, the Ford of Ty Majeski broke loose under Honeycutt\u2019s Silverado as the two drivers were battling for the lead, and both trucks spun into the outside wall.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv6319790276elementToProof\">That put Tyler Ankrum, Hemric\u2019s McAnally-Hilgemann Racing teammate, at the front of the field, but with four laps left, Hemric used his bumper to dive underneath Ankrum\u2019s truck, made the pass for the lead and pulled away to win by 0.544 seconds.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv6319790276elementToProof\">\u201cCongratulations to Daniel\u2014I can\u2019t think of a nicer guy to win,\u201d Ankrum said. \u201cYeah, he gave me the bumper, but you\u2019re going to do that at Martinsville.
