(CREDIT: TORC Series)<\/p><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div align=\"left\"><strong>PRO 4WD<\/strong><\/div>\n<div align=\"left\">Chad Hord won his first-ever PRO 4WD race on Saturday, taking the lead on a last-lap pass. After earning second place in the 2014 PRO 2WD championship and finding his way through a developmental 2015 season in PRO 4WD, the veteran off-road racer said his time had come.<\/div>\n<div align=\"left\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"left\">&#8220;It wasn&#8217;t easy, but this off-season we dug deep on this PRO 4WD and got it ready for this season. We knew we had a truck capable of running with these guys and possibly winning,&#8221; said Hord, who took the runner-up spot in the PRO 4WD race a day earlier.<\/div>\n<div align=\"left\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"left\">Defending champion CJ Greaves led early but dropped to the back of the pack with a mechanical issue, while his teammate and father &#8212; multi-time champion Johnny Greaves &#8212; fought his way across the line in second with a broken differential.<\/div>\n<div align=\"left\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"left\">&#8220;You could see I had to be really careful there,&#8221; said Greaves. &#8220;I definitely sacrificed a bit in the corners but that&#8217;s not taking anything away from Chad. (CREDIT: TORC Series)<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div align=\"left\"><strong>PRO 2WD<\/strong><\/div>\n<div align=\"left\">Keegan Kincaid made the best of a mid-pack start Saturday, working his way to the front of the field in the opening laps and holding a lead to the finish. &#8220;We just settled in,&#8221; said Kincaid. &#8220;We knew it was a long race and started picking them off one by one when this race started.&#8221;<\/div>\n<div align=\"left\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"left\">Kyle Hart scored an impressive second-place finish, trading blows with CJ Greaves as the duo tandem drifted through the banked turns and charged hard together into the infield hairpin.<\/div>\n<div align=\"left\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"left\">Greaves had to settle for third. &#8220;We had a faster truck,&#8221; said Greaves, visibly frustrated after the race. &#8220;He was just a wider truck tonight. It was a hard-fought victory. &#8220;That was a crazy race; it wasn&#8217;t nearly as easy as it was yesterday when I got to get out front and led the whole thing.&#8221;<\/div>\n<div align=\"left\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"left\">Travis Dinsmore took the early lead as Hart, Shawn Morris, and Bobby Runyan Jr. battled behind him, running three-wide through multiple corners. But, Hart got the edge as Morris and Runyan faltered, and began to reel in the leader. The event at The Dirt Oval at Route 66 Raceway will feature championship action in PRO 4WD, PRO 2WD and Atturo Tire PRO Light, supported by competition from Midwest Off-Road Racing&#8217;s Sportsman classes. All drivers will race for points both Friday and Saturday, making for two action packed days of competition.
