In honor of NASCAR weekend in Las Vegas, the Cabo Wabo Cantina<\/a> continues to serve the perfect drink–the Can’t Drive 55.  It’s the perfect drink to make while you watch the Pennzoil 400<\/strong> presented by Jiffy Lube.  The menu<\/a> describes the Can’t Drive 55 as “Five different spirits, five different juices, in one very happy cocktail, featuring Sammy’s Beach Rum, Cabo Wabo blanco tequila, vodka, gin & Amaretto. Orange, pineapple, grapefruit, cranberry, fresh lime juice & a splash of grenadine.”<\/p>\n

It sounds like the perfect drink to accompany a “What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas” weekend. <\/p>\n

For my make at home version, I’m going to use 1\/2 oz. of each of the liquors and juices.  All over ice in a tall mixer glass with a cherry on top for garnish.  Hold on tight!  It should be a great race! <\/p>\n
