Not only for myself but also for the team and partners that we have on board.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Armed with a similar truck that he raced at Charlotte (N.C.) Motor Speedway last month, Self says he hopes he can take with what he learned in his 12<sup>th<\/sup>-place finish and apply it at Texas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI have a couple starts in a truck at Texas, but this weekend will be a little different,\u201d Self explained. \u201cTexas has an adjusted layout and new asphalt. That has the tendency to make things a little interesting.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThankfully, we have three practice sessions on Thursday to dial in our No. 22 Toyota Tundra and see what we can come up with for the race. As good as we ran at Charlotte, I would be disappointed with anything less than another top-15 finish.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Self, 22, will make his third career NCWTS start at Texas Motor Speedway with a track best of 13<sup>th<\/sup> after starting 18<sup>th<\/sup> last June. Earlier this year Self scored his career-best finish in trucks with a runner-up showing in the season-opening NextEra Energy Resources 250 at Daytona (Fla.) International Speedway in Feb.<\/p>\n<p>The <a>winstaronlinegaming.com<\/a> 400k (167 laps \/ 250.5 miles) is the seventh of 23 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series races on the 2017 schedule. Practice begins on June 8 from 3:00 p.m. \u2013 3:55 p.m., a second practice session has been etched from 5:00 p.m. \u2013 5:55 p.m. with a final practice session is set for 7:00 p.m. \u2013 7:55 p.m. Qualifying is set for race day, Fri., June 9 beginning at 4:35 p.m. The 32-truck field will take the green flag shortly after 7:00 p.m. with live coverage on FOX Sports 1 (FS1), the Motor Racing Network (Radio) and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio (Satellite Radio, Channel 90).
